Fundamentals of AI in Legal Practice
This course addresses the
critical curriculum gap between abstract discussions of “AI and the law” and
the practical realities of AI-enabled legal practice. Many existing offerings
focus either on high-level ethics or on narrow technical demonstrations,
without integrating the two. As a result, learners are left without a
transferable framework for determining when AI may be used, how
it should be used, and what professional safeguards must be in place
across different jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
